1. All Trainees have to keep their identity card in the premises, without identity card attendance will not be considered.
2. Attendance for theory & practical for each days is compulsory. Absentee for any one session will be consider as absent for the complete day.
3. Without permission leave will be consider as absent.
4. If trainee is absent regularly for 10 days without permission he/she will not be allowed to continue the training.
5. The eligible criteria for final trade test is 80% attendance.
6. Trainees should be in prescribed uniform and subjected to highly discipline.
7. Good behavior of trainee is expected.
8. Disciplinary action will be taken against the trainee if they are found to be involved in any illegal or unauthorized activity.
9. Trainees has to pay for damage made by them to the institute property.
10. Keeping clean classroom, workshop and premises is our responsibility.
11. Principal decision will be binding and final in all matters.
12. Attending each class in proper time and regularly is necessary for each trainee.
13. Presence will not be considered if trainee fails to attend within the prescribed time for whatever reason.
14. Each trainee should attend the industrial training for the betterment of his/her practical knowledge organized by the institute as per DGET trade syllabus of the trainees at any suitable areas. Sessional marks will depend on this visit partially.
15. Every trainees should take care of his/her belongings.
16. Admission of trainees to the institute implies compliance with such regulation as may be made from to time by the Principal for proper maintenance of order and discipline.
17. Signing of the agreement at the time of admission by the parents / guardians will bind this for the fulfillment of the above condition.
